Your site can go live quickly with our 10 easy steps.
1. First meeting
During our first meeting, we get to know each other, and you tell us your ideas for your project.
We take your ideas and run with them. The proposal paints a picture of what your website will look like live, and lists all of the components with a price tag.
3. Contract & down payment
Once we settle the details, we send you a contract. Upon acceptance, we send an invoice for a 50 per cent down payment on the project.
4. Content & design meeting
We pick your brain about wording, imagery, and branding, and get technical details lined up, like buying a domain name.
5. Content approval
Our content-first approach means we nail down the content before we start designing. We stay in touch as we refine the content, and get your approval.
You see our static designs for the first time. Major changes may happen, which is a normal part of the creative process. We’ll make any necessary revisions.
7. Working prototype
This working version shows you how the website will appear once it’s live. You’ll let us know if there are any further changes you’d like to see.
8.Tutorial & how-to guide
All of our clients get a one-on-one meeting showing them how to update the site, as well as a step-by-step guide for common updating tasks.
We keep a close eye on sites for the first few days after launch to make sure everything is running smoothly, and then promote your new site on our social channels.
10. Ongoing support
You can run your website yourself, pay an annual fee for us to run it for you, or hire us at our hourly rate. If we can fix it in under 15 minutes, it’s free.
